2016 Victory Empulse TT | Buyer’s Guide
Victory makes its first foray into two markets with the new Empulse TT–electric and high-performance motorcycles.
Using a platform from the purchase of Brammo by the parent company Polaris, the Victory Empulse TT takes its name from the company’s success in the Isle of Man TT.
While the electric motor’s output numbers are relatively modest, it does have a six-speed transmission to maximize its power. The Empulse TT has a high-performance chassis with twin 310mm Brembo discs and radially mounted Brembo calipers in the front, along with regenerative braking, 17-inch Continental Sport Attack II tires, 43mm inverted forks, and a wheelbase of 53 inches.
